All Star Legacy offers clinics throughout our season that are specifically designated to different aspects of competitive cheer. This allows athletes to perfect current skills & master new skills. These clinics also provide a designated time for training that do not take away from team practices. Check out the clinics offered below.

FLYER CLINIC

This clinic is for flyers, whether they are new to flying or experienced, and we will work on flexibility and body control to gain skills needed to perform at the highest level. We will also teach specific techniques that allow all flyers to remain safe while executing routines or trying new stunts.

JUMP CLINIC

Our jump clinic is designed for those athletes that want to improve their jumps. We offer specialized equipment that will max out their performance. We will also work flexibility and body control to ensure all skills are executed correctly.
